Skills Builder - Magic Loop
Magic Loop is a useful addition to a knitter's tool box! Magic Loop allows you to knit small circumferences on the same needle used for large circumferences, making that needle more versatile. In this class we will work on a small project that will give you the skills to knit a hat from start to finish using one circular needle.

Materials
- 40 yards minimum of 100% worsted weight wool such as Lettelopi or Cascade 220. Superwash wool is not recommended as it is slippery and prone to splitting. If you are allergic to animal fibers, please speak to a staff member for substitutions with plant fibers.
- US #8 (5.00 mm) 40" circular needle
- Notebook and pen for taking notes

Requirements:
Student should be comfortable with the knit and purl stitches as well as the long tail cast on. This class is a great follow up to Beginning Knitting 1: Basics and Beyond.
