FINISHING SERVICES
KNITTING AND CROCHET
We offer quality finishing for knitted and crocheted items of all types. This includes seaming of garments, repairing damage, shortening of the sleeves or body, inserting zippers and more.
Items need to be thoroughly cleaned prior to drop off in store for finishing. We recommend hand washing instead of dry cleaning.
Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for finishing. Our rates are $35 per hour.
We will call with an estimate if the work will take more than two hours.
NEEDLEPOINT
Your needlepoint project can be made into a pillow, ornament, wall hanging, belt, door stop, Christmas stockings and more. Our high quality service will finish your project into a piece of art to enjoy for years to come.
We also offer blocking if you will be finishing a project yourself. It is suggested upon completion of blocking that your project be made into the form of your choice immediately. This will help the canvas to keep its shape and prevent it from returning to a skewed state.
