Cocoknits Sweater Workshop
We will delve into the innovative Cocoknits method to create a seamless, tailored sweater with set in sleeves. These designs are known for their clean lines, well-fitting silhouettes, and thoughtful English tailoring that flatters a range of body types. In this class, you will focus on either the Emma sweater (Version A, B, or C) or the Molly sweater. The Cocoknits Worksheet will keep us organized and confident while knitting the various components of our projects.
Materials for class
- Cocoknits Sweater Workshop by Julie Weisenberger
- Cocoknits Sweater Worksheet Journal (Optional)
- Yarn for either Emma sweater (bulky) or Molly sweater (worsted) See pattern for details
- Needles appropriate for your project - See pattern for details; may need adjustment depending on gauge
- Cocoknits Colored Ring Stitch Markers
- Small DPN or circular needle in US 0-3 (2-3.5mm) range for picking up stitches
- Flexible stitch holders or waste yarn for putting sleeve stitches on hold
- Tapestry needle
Homework
- Work and block your swatch (6 inches X 6 inches) in stockinette stitch worked flat
Class minimum - 3 students
If the class minimum is not met, students will be notified prior to the class start date and a full refund will be given.
